All purchases are subject to availability and all items are guaranteed as described. Unless our purchase agreement with the buyer indicates to the contrary (e.g. special-order item, non-refundable item, etc.)  an item may be returned for a full refund (item's purchase price plus any associated taxes) within 10 business days.  Prior to returning an item, the buyer must contact Neville-Sargent and receive a return authorization. An item must be returned in it's same condition, properly packaged and shipment prepaid. 

Prices indicated  on our website are subject to change without notice.  Any price agreement we have made directly (person-to-person/business-to-business-verbal or written) is good for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Besides an actual item itself, the purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping, handling, insurance, etc.  To the best of our ability we pass along these "frictional charges"  to the buyer at cost.
