This page provides the nomenclature NSG uses to describe a painting's or drawing's attributes.   For the table below the words "painting", "drawing", "artwork", and "art" are used interchangably.

Comments - NSG's additional appropriate comments - if any.
Condition Codes NSG's opinion of the general condition of the painting.

G Good
F Fair
P Poor
Date - Date painting was created or first appeared.
Image Size - Approximate size of the artwork.
Item No - Coded identifier assigned by NSG (i.e., SKU)
Medium Codes Method used to construct the painting.
AC Acrylic
OIL Oil Painting
WC Water Color
DRP Drawing in Pencil
CH Charcoal
PA Pastel
Price - Base price at which paintingcan be obtained. Any additional charges such
as for shipping, handling, packaging, insurance.and taxes may also apply.
Status Codes Painting's availability
A Available Painting is available for purchase.
H Being Held Painting is on-hold for a prospective purchaser.
S Sold Painting has been sold.
Title - Painting's title or specific subject matter.
