About Us
It has been 36 years since Jane and Don Neville opened their first fine-art gallery in Evanston in December of 1974. With 11 moves since that date, including 10 years in Chicago's River North area, the gallery has evolved from original fine art and prints, to what it is today; mostly antique prints dating prior to 1900, and a few carefully selected paintings.
Along with the fine-art came conservation and museum- quality framing that also began in 1974 at the request of clients. It remains our main business to this day. And, added to the above mentioned services, Don has continued his personal property appraisal business, and we have provided eBay services for a number of years.
The Libertyville gallery was our home since 1994 and until 2010 when we moved.
Our new location is in the Historic District of Millburn in the Village of Old Mill Creek, Illinois, just south of the Wisconsin Border. We are at the intersection of U.S. Route 45 and Grass Lake Road. Our Home is listed on The Illinois Register of Historic Places
